Well, first, they are samples to help you learn expressions and sentences that you can use on the day of the actual test. Second, we probably speak much faster than the candidates on the day of the test. We will try to make the dialogues a little bit longer, but I cannot promise anything. Our goal is to show different ways students can communicate effectively and reach a high score on the day of the test, not to make the videos 5 minutes long.

Good morning. On the day of the OET Speaking test you will have 2 speaking role plays, each one with a 3 minute preparation, and then 5 minutes to role play with an interlocutor. I'm not sure if that answers your question.
