This is interesting, when they say "A 10% chance of rain" they mean there's a 100% chance of rain but for only 10% of the coverage area from where your meteorologist is reporting from. You, unfortunately, were within the 10% plot of land predicted. Conversely, when you hear "90% chance of rain" and don't notice any rain, it's because you were with the 10% area that didn't experience any. (Probably lends itself to why people think weathermen are full of crap)

Went to Harwood a couple of weeks back with directions to a good hammock camping spot but upon arrival we found that it lots of trees been cleared by the forestry commission including where we were going to cam. So it just turned into a day hike. Check this video from 2017 ruclips.net/video/XUvHNA_7_6A/видео.html and search "Harwood Forest GHG monitoring site" looks like the same place
