Geeezzzz nearly 10 minutes before we actually hear Joe himself.... geez I nearly ran outta breath myself.
I found your channel while looking for newer videos of Jesse. I'm in Australia too! Love his work, have his 2nd book, Fans First, and listen to it regularly for generating ideas along with his old podcast.
very cool to get to hear Joe talk about the show, seems like he keeps a very low profile
Your workers loved you at DP world when you accused all of the men of domestic violence.
I loved watching this, hearing his thoughts were very insightful as someone who personally have a profession in creation. A lot of what he said is very true in the creative idea process and it was very insightful to hear him essentially say out loud the process. Really allowed me to rethink some aspects
Too bad when Jessica and co run their festival business, they oversell tickets, don't take into account the weather and lie to their customers that the show "will go on", yet cancel half of it hours later, without organising busses, spare staff, and hire abusive security guards who are their "boots on the ground". She needs to think a bit next time, and use the part of her brain responsible for compassion and emotional responses (the amygdala) to consider "hey, maybe forcing our customers to go to our shit planned festival isn't a good idea despite being money hungry pigs anyway". I didn't go, no way not my cuppa in the slightest. But you have to wonder, how self entered and vain do you have to be to host a such a shit-ly thought through festival? Food for thought, anyway.
But yes, branding is key (so is projecting your brand anywhere and everywhere)! Don't worry about gross negligence, it's about the branding!!
Great interview. Many thanks Joe Brumm for the inspiration
Yesssssss!!!!
AMEN!!! Hi Bo! 👋
Thanks for the love Greg. It allowed me to find your channel too - I am now a fan of yours. Jay Tinkler.
Another thing I genuinely love about Bluey is the continuity in the characters and the good parenting lessons/tips.
It’s really interesting to hear from the creator of the show. Great interview!
Absolutely brilliant Jay!
Thanks Kathy :)
