This is such a terrific car. So classy and you hardly see them. The build quality on these is so much higher than the Audi, BMW and Merc equivalents. Maybe not as sporty, but for real-world UK roads these are just wonderful things.

Jaguar E-Type V12 out for a road test after a carb fettle, oil & filter change, pressure release valve (tiny) o-ring change and attempt to improve the brakes. Two things have come out of this (other than the little video)… 1/ I can’t afford the fuel!!!⛽️ 2/ The brakes are still ‘Book an appointment’! Sorry, only just seen this. The exhaust and manifold has since been changed and had £4000 spent on it, I don't know exactly what was done sorry. The car is now back up for sale with me as of August 2024.

I’m not in the office for a few weeks, but feel free to take a look. www.shmooautomotive.co.uk I sold it many years ago. I now have a modern Urban GS with a Unit 1 Paris Dakar kit fitted to it. The exhaust on that is ridiculous! 😆. Ed
What i do not understand is why the motoring press rant and rave how good german cars are because when i look on the internet there are pages and pages of faults and recauls so how can greman be good cars

Has to be the best airhead conversion i've seen. You seem to have got both carbs nicely balanced, and love the understated ( and cost effective) use of the original tank, and especially the modified seat really looks the biz.
How much was it
I saw 2 for sale recently, and they asked 60K and 65K - The specifications, such as engine, can vary and that would be reflect in prices.
How much to buy?
