I love this song, I know my Father's angels have protected me before on numerous occasions; I know as a child who lived through much in my life that they were there, & that they were with me when I would go partying & get a bit tipsy and one of the valley transit buses has practically been sideswiped by me in a period of having not been able to see the bus before me. Many more times, I know my Father's angels have saved my life; & they are with me too, because my Father in heaven sends them to be with me just like He has sent them to watch over all of you too. Thank you, LORD!

I saw these on the grand old opry. They didn't do this song though but on the ones that they did there harmonies were superb! I hadn't heard of them till I saw them. I don't know weather it was just Me but I thought I heard a little kid at the end of the second vurse saying "hiya"

Sorry you feel that way mrs kravitz i guess you are entitled to your opinion, I think Chris is better then Ernie, I think he's kind of refreshing. but we'll let the Southern Gospel Community decide where he ranks. So far what reviews i have read on him are great.

It would be better if he didn't try to throw in so many "licks" little extra words, it ruins it for me. The one up and coming singer that can do this song justice is Eric Phillips, heard him and Dustin Sweatman do it one Sunday morning at church quite a long time ago. The did it remarkably well. For those who don't know, Eric is the son of Ernie Phillips. Chris may make a good tenor for the Kingsmen, but he isn't going to be in the same class as Ernie or Johnnie.
