I guess what I'm asking is if you're not that flexible from the start chambering between corridors is pointless. What I'm asking is what do you do to get to that point? Any particular stretches to target just chambering? I wish I could train with you. Very consistant sidekicks. 1
Hey man good side kick. Let me ask what are some exercises that I could do to chamber relly high. I know some people can kick high but not chamber high, so can u give me some advice?
