Working full time (remotely atm due to the pandemic) as a Paralegal in an international London law firm, whilst studying part time in law school 👩🏻💻 and cooking as a confused ‘fusion’ cook 👩🏻🍳 and also whilst juggling being a catmum 🐈 and aspiring youtuber 🌝✨🪐 oh yes, I start my UK Solicitor Training Contract in September 2021 so I’ll be ‘lawyering’ later this year 🍾🥂 I can’t wait to share that particular journey with you so please stay in touch with my channel 😉

Ciao guys! I haven't done 'what i eat in a week' videos in a while, with the Christmas vlog season in the way. This week's menu is focussed a lot on 'feeling good'. I had a scary hospital appointment in the midst of London's lockdown 2.0, and with my accumulating stress with work and studying, I really focussed on preparing dinners that made me feel good inside.
