In my sadly wide experience with narcissists, I found that nothing hurts or enrages a narcissist like blatant undeniable rejection. They can never forgive or forget flat undisguised rejection of their special selves. They will hate you until the day they pass beyond such worries and concerns, until they die. Clearly rejecting all contact will be good for you but oddly enough, their eventual death will not mean much if anything to you.
