Dan Kruk is one of the most progressive riders and has been for a long time. This video for Wethepeople is one of my favorites I have made of him. This part is super progressive but also super focused on riding some unconventional spots. Dan wasn't sure that the ending clip in the part and this video should be the ender but I insisted that it would be a change of pace and would be appreciated. When we first got to the spot I thought that it wasn't possible. The gap to the tooth was was from the tight curb cut take off and it seemed like the carve wouldn't line him up. Looks like you need a front steel peg man yikes that's scary I've never seen that happen before but I know my og steel Merritt(seriously from the first batch that was for sale at Synergy BMX R.I.P At the time and I still have them all these years later well just the one. That's what I have up front and I'm glad to know it isn't going anywhere. I can't imagine if you had to pay for pegs that would be clip would have cost at least $50 unless you're just breaking peg sleeves even then it's going to cost at least $12.. but my Back peg is a gsport Homan steel peg. I would love to ride plastics at the skatepark but I just love feeble grinding extremely rough long ledges at high speeds.

That's even more terrifying.. no joke that was Van Homan's biggest fear well at least in like 2000-2001 I remember it being brought up on the deck of the mini ramp multiple times by multiple people but most werent on his level obviously ..but front peg breaking on a smith Grind. It was a different time but still that's scary. I broke my neck because I broke two teeth on my cog and just didn't know because you don't have to pedal at my trails but they were a little soggy I took a studder crank and yeah. I stress out when I see parts break. Tell my forks are from 2008 I don't want to see someone's forks break right now.

Grant I grew up with this guy now we used to call it freestyle it was all homemade dirt jumps and kickers haha I'm not even kidding. Back then Mike could do the biggest tricks in town that's why everyone called him big Mike and I'm serious.
