A Step-by-Step Guide: Rainbow Unicorn Cake 🦄🌈 | Little Blush Cakes
The ever popular unicorn cake!
These cakes have been around for a number of years, yet they are still popular amongst young children (and adults too!) for their birthday celebrations!
There are some different variations and styles you can do to make this cake. For me, I like to make these cakes in subtle rainbow pastel tone that are not overpowering. I have prepared 4 different pastel buttercreams in mint, yellow, pink and purple for this cake. I usually use white base (without coloring) but for this cake, I have used light pink as the base color.
The unicorn eyes, horn and ears were all made with chocolate molds, and covered in edible rose gold dust. To finish off the final look of the cak...
