Klay wasn’t their second option for a while even their last title run it was Wiggins. Klay really hasn’t been a second option since before KD went there. And Murry, CJ, Lauri all averaging 18 and they are #1 or #2 options

@SyndicateNation2023 there's no metric by which you could argue Wiggins was more of a primary option than Klay during that last run. Klay took more shots and averaged more points than Wiggins did during that regular season (granted Klay only played 30 something games) and playoffs. As for the others, Lauri is on the Jazz who clearly aren't contenders (which was my original condition), Murray (assuming you're talking about Jamal is admittedly struggling but as for CJ, he's not the 2nd option in New Orleans he's 3rd when everyone is healthy. He's also barely played this year.

They are the two best bigs in the league currently. And they are not far apart. They are different types of bigs and Jokic is not a traditional big. He can’t protect the rim like AD and AD can switch on a guard and play him tough. Not saying he’s better than Jokic overall but he’s not that far off and they are honestly different bigs.
