In the video, I unfortunately made a mistake in the “zeal of the moment” and said that there was no glass roof that could be opened, which is wrong - SORRY - because for an extra charge of €990, you get the glass roof package with an electric glass sliding roof (openable)!!!

This is a very well-done and thorough review. I wish you could have tested the amazing Supercruise feature available in US. For your information, AWD Lyriq acceleration stands out from a rolling start or going from 100 to 150 km/hr. Quite an impressive power. Also in the US, Cadillac will offer a Velocity software update for $1200 which will improve further acceleration. Some of us also hope to choose a different engine sound...like a V8! Reply

Just to point out as a notation, the intrusive piece of plastic on the seat backs are the way that they are shaped because they have video screens for an entertainment system available. There is a Chevrolet version of the same vehicle available named the Blazer EV which employs a different seat back design with soft leather map pockets and it is less intrusive regarding knee room. Both variants are very nice crossovers.

The retractable rear glass is useless. The bed is useless for what a pickup truck is used for particularly in its native country. It’s a poser’s car. In fact it doesn’t have a utility that a working person needs in a truck and it’s priced for an upper middle class suburban driveway to driveway to announce the some show off bought himself one. Curb wheight of 2850kg. Ford f150 lightning curb wheight 2890kg. Its a joke. Remove sunroof and sidesteps, for starters. I really like the truck beyond its need of a serious wheight loss.

Are you using heater or AC during the pure electric drive?

FWD model of sealion 6 has a non turbo 1.5 engine while AWD uses a 1.5 turbo. I am also very curious to know what is the fuel consumption in hybrid mode (once battery is depleted to 25% or below and engine is used to run the car and charge the battery).

Is the car quiet on the highway? Is it comfortable for long journeys?

Can you turn off the synthetic engine noise through the speakers in Cupra mode? Also, is there a possibility that on longer journeys in hybrid mode the battery empties fully and you lose a lot of engine power?

2 liters / 100km on 45 liters tank is more than 550 km of range... Also if it consumes under 15 kW / 100 km it's also more than 120 kilometers of range if the battery capacity is ~20 kWh.
