Awesome racing from Mark Gobble in his Elva Courier/MGB with a titanic back and forth battle with Peter Krause in his Fiat X1/9 1500. A bobble on the last lap at the end of the back straight entering Turn 14 was the only opportunity Krause needed to pounce for the lead in the final few corners of the race. Awesome, safe, respectful but close racing between two old friends.

A good lap in a manual transmission Porsche Cayman ITC car. The chicane at the end of the back straight, where all the hay is from people hitting the bales, will be moved deeper to slow the cars over the big bump right after. Seven turns, between 1:35-1:45 for most cars.

2016 Jefferson 500 Race 1, first two laps. Ben Sinott and I have fun doing the over-under in Turn 1 twice while Dave Handy closes from the rear after being balked by Jeff Wright, who lost his gears momentarily on the run up to the green flag. Fun stuff!

Sadly this did not end will for Joe or the car. That car came skidding off the track after he broke and he was headed right towards me at the first corner station.
Boo on #6 and #15 for not immediately heading to the pits after car-to-car contact. But nice driving Peter!
Great video. What sort of camera, software and/or telemetry are you using to capture speed, rpm, g-force, etc?
@shadowstang03gt It has to be the new 5.0, 412 stock horsepower, imagine with mods. What software or equipment are you using, love it.

Great video. I'm actually taking my bike there on 7/17. I'm going to be watching this video over and over so I can memorize the lines.
