вылет в играх может быть из за того что pci линий на процессоре мало ,например pci 3.0 20 линий , а это мало для 5700хт и не только карта забирает линии от процесора ,но и остальные комплектующие. Вот видите на видео pci x16 в авто стояла , например вы играете и видяха на авто скушала pci 3.0 x16 , а на ссд pci 3.0 x4 и другие устройства скорости не хватило и для других устройств когда они работаю,т линии забираются от карты вот и карте для игр не хватило скорости для полноценной работы вот и драйвер вылетел. Так что надо заходить в биос и на pci x16 ставить вручную pci 3.0 или 4.0 если есть. А в режиме pci 3.0 x15 или x14 или ниже карта попросту не работает. Пускай скорость других устройств будет меньше чем выключающаяся видяха от недо линий.😢

Had problems with MSI motherboards way back in 2016 and 2017, and their support sucked back then, after that I never buy new MSI stuff. For that matter I don't much anything new 😁 Buying used and tried is much more reliable (as long as parts haven't been thrown around ofc), cheaper and even they stop working after X time doesn't piss me off unlike new expensive stuff with shhitty customer service.

и еще очень важно для amd видеокарт ,нужно выставить Pci E в режим uefi , он находится в CSM configuration. Затем перезагрузить компьютер , снова зайти в bios и выключить CSM.

I have a 5700xt since 2019, bought it with new pc. I also habe the b450 motherboard. I had Lots of crashes, lately the new Cod crashes on me every Game (direct x error). I randomly searched RUclips again, and hat to try this! I changed it in the bios …. Lets See tomorrow if cod will Crash 😂 (Even if im darauf direct x error is Not conected to this but maybe it is)

Well, the guy from the shop was partially right. I had Z370 (pcie 3 intel) and 5700xt and had no crashes.

I'll give you a like, even though it wasn't my problem. I've been annoyed for about a year and don't want to accept that my system isn't working. I just want the system to work. I have the Asus x370-a and I can't change the PCI settings. I read something in a forum that got me thinking and this board is a Crossfire X board, so I have another PCI connection underneath. I actually thought it wouldn't work, I don't know why I thought that, a while ago I was of the opinion that the connection only works if there is already a card in the first one. But it worked straight away and my system is suddenly running at an unexpected speed. I think the card had previously slowed down my entire system, but I stopped noticing it after a while.... The PC isn't the best anymore, but it can still play everything pretty well, almost everything in 1440p.

Hey, I had the same problem, except the card worked most of the time, but the bigger problem was massive throttling on the core clock, even tho GPU temperature showed 60°. GPU randomly down clocked from like 1950mhz to 1400mhz. Turned out it was the GPU Hotspot, which was causing that! It reached 113°c sometimes. I had to repaste the card and watched out I evenly screwed down the screws and now it runs rock stable at 1950mhz. 😊

I returned it back to the store, they said that the problem was in the firmware, they slightly changed the firmware (at home I noticed that the firmware was really changed in that the min and max periods were different). I am writing the characteristics of the 800w power supply unit, I bought it new with a video card, an expensive ryzen 5 5500 b450 asus tuf games 2 16gb RAM (one APAC strip, the second Kingston, works in overclocking, I tried to turn on the PC without overclocking the RAM - the problem persisted) Windows 10 also had problems with the video card - 1 and 3 RAM slots do not work at all. Even with one flag for 1 or 3, with all variations. No way. 2 and 4 slots work with some limitations. In one of the bright strips, the PC does not start, the second time it will start. It happened that the combination was correct, but still did not start, but it was decided to start the PC with one strip, turn off, and start with two strips. I tested the RAM with a meme test for 4 hours - everything is fine on both strips. In channels 2 and 4, the strips work fine one by one. Once I overclocked the processor incorrectly, it turned off the whole system from overheating - I didn't understand why it crashed, I looked at the temperature, it was 115, but it didn't undervolt, which is strange, like on Intel. After each reboot, the RAM stopped working from such overheating, which is why the flags changed places, started, then again in places and it started working. I don’t have that setting in my Bios. All I have are PCIEX16 Bifurication, PCIEX16 slot configuration, PCie slot configuration,PCIE ASPM MODE, PCie ARI Support, and PCiE Ten bit tag support. Would appreciate any help.

i have a B550 board and still have the crashes despite it has Gen 4 support. I think it´s on auto and I will change it to Gen 4 and hope it works then. The AMD 5000 series was the the first 7nm gpu series so I guess they fucked up to set it up properly for customers. I was really getting used to have a PC which was called "Diva" by me because sometimes it worked just fine over weeks and suddently it would crash with no reason. I always checked for windows updates, for AMD driver updates but nothing worked and the crashes kept comming. I hope it works now.

Just did this on an ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming. For anyone with an ASUS bios it should be under a setting called "Onboard Devices Configuration". Thanks dude! So many years of misery hopefully solved haha.

Im glad that you found a solution for your crashes but is there a way to fix high temps (I have the exact same GPU) ps: I already undervolted my GPU to 975mv and underclocked it to 1900MHz still I get 80C on high demanding games

Turned off my light Ryzen 5600 overclock, and even turned the GPU power down to 50% in AMD Adrenalin software along with an aggressive fan curve. But the game would still crash to desktop during action. I thought it might be my PSU! You saved me, dude. Thanks!

Why to put on gen 3 if the 5700xt is a gen 4 pci

Auto settings not mean "intelligently cycling thru best option automatically" it means " i choose the first option cuz im a lazy mobo" I laugh at the millions of people that are running they're gpus at wrong gen or even worse at wrong pci lanes.
