That is actually incorrect. Our law states A therapy dog has all the same access right as long as he or she is with his or her trainer and in training. Going on 13 years doing this we know the laws here very well. Thankyou!

Therapy dogs don’t have public access only service dogs have public access I don’t know if this is like a pet friendly mall but…. Still
