In case your water pump goes out you have an auxiliary water pump. I’m trying to change my water pump. That’s how I found your video and the part store informed me that there is an auxiliary water pump which if your car was running at 100 Celsius. It’s probably already running off that auxiliary water pump waiting for you to replace the old pump

I own a 1995 W202 C36 and approx. 6 months ago an apprentice mechanic replaced the bulb in my rear highstop brake light with a Halogen bulb, as you did here. After collecting my car I noticed that the brake light had started to melt the red plastic brake lens! I'm very interested if you have ever had any issues with it doing this on your car? I followed this but I accidentally did the wiring wrong, the car started but really rough, I re changed it into the correct wiring and the next day the car won’t start and I re worried it into the correct order changed the spark plugs, plus the wiring, still no start what is the problem?

Normalement 2 minutes pour le remplacer .... Et pourquoi le remplacer si le reservoir n'est pas trop aspirer .... Et pour des bêtes vapeurs antipollution Si mercedes n'as pas mis de collier c'est certainement qu'il n'y en a pas besoin .... L'utilité ça serait de dire pourquoi la remplacer ... Elle aspire les gaz d'essence si le reservoir s'écrase ou impossible de retirer le bouchon de remplissage la vanne est hs . Si non ok .

Again! awesome helpful video! I just checked. all these bulbs can be replaced with lower wattage LED equivalents! I tihnk that would be a great little project. Replace all the tail light halogen bulbs with LED bulbs! (then, infact you can replace EVERY BULB in the w202 with LED bulbs. Interior light bulbs, instrument panel bulbs, gauge shifter bulb, Instrument cluster bulbs and finally front head light bulbs and fog lamp bulbs too!) would be an amazing moderniazation project.

Thank you so much for the tip with spare wheel. I had a problem with control blinking despite of proper tyre preassure. The spare tyre was to low! So it does not only compaire wheel speed. It actually measure it.

I do have a question, though! -Would you be able to tell me what size Allen wrench is necessary to loosen the center bolt on the tensioner? I'd like to pick up a socket of some kind to make the job a little easier. Anyway, thanks again for the informative content, regardless!

Thanks for the video! Trying to get the water pump off a '96 right now, and your video has massively clarified the process. They sure don't make it easy to get to all the fasteners, do they? Guess its like my dad said; they designed it to be easy for them to build, not for you to work on. XD

My plastic strip has broken off and I would like to replace it. Does anyone know the part number or name so that I can order a new one?

It cost u too much, all u had to do was replacing seals which cost 17 euro each
