The Samurais were not flipping "blah blah blah.". It was just a weasley Consumer Reports reviewer who was trying to force it to flip many times and finally got it tip and falsely said they were easy to flip which wasn't true. It didn't flip any more than any regular SUV.

SDX owner here. SDX is the mid trim. Town is the one with the luxury features like power steering, factory fog lights, A/C and nice wheels as options etc. Street is 2WD but also has the luxury options. SDX can come with some of those options. Then there is the standard trip which is just a 2wd featureless acty.

It’s nice looking … i like the drivers position over the front tires, always did. I had a few VW buses & vanagons. Also had a Mitsubishi Delica Super Exceed, all comfortable driving positions. Never, ever fast vehicles but a joy to drive, especially on longer back road journeys through the states, Canada & Mexico. I might consider one of these, stick, not necessarily a supercharged version. Some of these vehicles have front seats that swivel and power windows on the rear sliding doors. Hmmmm ….

I feel like the S model is alot rariest than the V one. Like that Starlet Gi from the previous generation. Keep it stock please and take care of it!!!!! You should really get a GT and a ep71 Turbo or not. But a GT is a must for starlet collection.

The biggest differences between the K6A end F6A is K6A has an all new Aluminum block and head, whereas the F6A is cast iron, this helps with the heat soak issues that altos struggled with. And as you mentioned, timing chain over timing belt. This one is nice condition, it doesn’t have VVT tho. Which can be a plus or minus however you decide to look at it. As an econobox the VVT is great, turn on ECO mode and it advances the timing reducing boost and horsepower by delaying it until further in the power which gives better fuel economy. Non VVT’s are better for performance driving because Suzuki Sports never made an ECU upgrade for the VVT engines. I have a VVT engine in my HA22S with ECO mode and I wish I didn’t so I could plop an ECU in there and make 120hp.
