There was no main color. It was simply Mr. Surfacer 1500 Black and then the bigger spots filled in with 500 Grey

It is an out of production set now. Try looking on ebay for it.

Its a mix of Tamiya XF53 Neutral Grey and XF-77 IJN Gray, highlighted with various grey/ white oil tones.

Unfortunately it seems now that his health has declined and he is no longer taking orders.

Good to know ill keep that in mind. For the engine bay; yes there is P.E., there are two intake clamps, two Ferrari badge logos for the intake runners, one intake runner mesh that lies between the two, and a filler cap. Salute David, perhaps it is an issue with the translation but I dont seem to understand the question.

I might do that on the next build. I have done some painting tutorials in the past and most people skip over those parts in the video so I thought I would save myself the hassle.

Glad to be of help. Always happy to provide honest and up front reviews. Tbh if I was reviewing this stuff back when they first came out I'd have been impressed, but these are new times of rapid development with 3D designs and printing that puts these moulds to shame. If they actually updated their designs to newer standards and quality they would be on top again.

Noted! If I had this going full time I would love to but real world keeps me pretty busy.

You buy the physical item. Shapeways is a 3rd party printer/ distributor. A designer uploads the file to Shapeways, shapeways for a cut will print and shop the part to the customer.

Where does it say that? From an automotive IRL standpoint you can't just pick up a car and move it around, whereas I can manipulate the body to suite how I want to spray.

Don't know where you got that advice from... It doesn't matter where you start from, as long as you begin spraying before and ending off the piece. If you use an Iwata LPH-50 hvlp gun for example you can make the fan pattern as wide as the car.

@@johnathan133 how thirsty is that one? If I did alot more 1/16+ stuff I'd have gotten it but it seemed quite the investment for something which would be too big for what's normally do.

Takes a bit of work but if you get everything right its a showstopper.

Unfortunately thats usually how these resin kits go. They start off cheap but get more and more expensive as the years progress. Might want to try checking out ebay, saving the search term and then being patient for a good sale to come into your lap.

No different from any other airbrush my friend. Only difference is the fan head needs a little more care paid to it. Other than that no different from your Revolution or Neos

@@ACERLiquid100 thanks a bunch bro! I went ahead and ordered it. I airbrush RC bodies on the side and was wanting something that will be a better airbrush for spraying Candies and seen the PS-290 and figured it'd be great for that. Thanks again!
