Urad dal
Salt
Curd/yogurt
Rice flour is optional. (Only use if you use mixer)
Tampering: dry urad dal, Chana dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilli, green chilli and turmeric.

I just tried it today and it was amazing! Saute chesina vegetables meeru cheppinattu konchem ye fry chesanu. It’s crunchy and great . Tried this with egg as well . Turned out to be awesome
