Wouldn't a Router be used to route different LANs via Ethernet Cable. However a Modem would connect to the internet, or ISP?

I am "dual wielding" the CCNP and DEVNET Pro core exams mainly INE (very good very in depth) and the OCG and making my own Anki cards as I go. Using GNS3 and EVE. ( Automation hardware is hilariously expensive). I was recently laid off, so I am trying to go all in 10h a day 6 days a week. Are you aware of any study groups?

Nowdays when you say router do you mean firewall? No place i ve been in have a router... Just switches and firewalls

Good luck bro with your studies. I am also studying for the ENCOR. The online exam simulator which comes with the OCG also provides good quality exam questions. The end of chapter questions are also very helpful. Jeremysitlab ENCOR course still also great although its unfinished.
