Well....MAJOR SPOILER** In the Sunrise Arc, Muichiro is met face to face with uppermoon one and is killed. But before actually dying, Muichiro is stabbed(above his like breast area) and one of his arms(mainly like on his forearm)is cut off. Hopefully this helped! Also I changed the story line a bit so our beloved survives.
