Cinnamon Tequila Sour:
- 2 oz reposado tequila
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup
- 3 Tbsp liquid egg white (equivalent to 1 large egg)
1. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker (no ice) and shake vigorously for 10 seconds (be careful...it will try to explode on you!)
2. Fill shaker 1/2 full with crushed ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
3. Strain into rocks, coupe, or martini glass
4. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon stick
Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (or 1/4 cup granulated sugar plus 1/4 cup water)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Combine ingredients in small saucepan
2. Bring to light boil, stirring constantly
3. Remove saucepan from heat and allow to cool 10...
