It’s a valid fear! The good thing is your stomach will be so empty there won’t be much to throw up. If you can, ask your surgeon if there’s any kind of anesthesia with a lower risk of post procedure nausea.

+Patrick McGowan good news! Just this week the rules were updated to state that so long as a bat has the USSSA stamp, the bat is good to go! Sounds like there were several inquires made to the league coordinator about bats, particularly those by Miken 🙂.

+Patrick McGowan yikes that sounds awful. No, I certainly didn't cover the whole array of things that could happen...I definitely remember being concerned about nausea and vomiting post op, but was assured that since there are virtually no contents in the stomach, that any contents would be liquid and essentially "ooze out" the wired shut teeth situation. It never happened to me, thankfully. However, I did have some nausea from the anesthetic after the first surgery. For the second surgery I was able to notify the surgeon and request a different type of anesthetic; fortunately, that worked, and I didn't experience any nausea or vomiting after the revision surgery.

Laura Baker So, RUclips's passing through some strange phase (I hope its passing, not staying), and you can only achieve success and views by putting "clickbait" titles, and making "clickbait" thumbnails. You may want to learn about that and how to make these things. I'm going to start my own channel when my camera arrives some days from now, but since I started watching YT a few years back from now, I've been learning one thing and another from time to time. If you're up to, we can continue chatting about this stuff on Facebook or something like that :D

Patrick McGowan sweet thanks for that! There is an 8 digit number etched in the bat above the grip...that is the only set of numbers on the bat so I'm assuming that's the serial number and that it's from 2013...couldn't easily confirm online so those are best guesses for now.
