His words are word salad to me, get proper help from mental health teams and your doctor
Rufus May is himself a clinical psychologist...
Dr rufus is now in a deep underground base. Under investigation by a team who are determining the punishment degree for doctors who have abused patients in mental health sector. His judgements are not sound because he has been condemning patients in error. These physicians are skilled sorcerers who are adept at smoke and mirror and mind control techniques. All the doctors have escaped leaving rufus in a kiosk at the facility
does anyone know what he said at 47:53 since we`ve had the .... ??" !
+MarilulaneMusic "earphones on cassette players" I think.
If you keep them as real then real they will seem. Suppose they start being really mean to u and all you really needed to understand was that your mind made them up... next time they make you cry remember that someone told you they weren't real. I know they aren't. see this post Rufus May 2 - Living Mindfully with Voices my posts will follow
They did that because you decided they were demons. I'm not a Christian but my voices are almost constant. Mine don't say they're demons mine claim to be celebrities off the tv! You need a "last line of defence" an inner part of you that represents what you truly except as real. They are not real.
with me they aren't trauma specific at all
you could talk to someone about exploring the content of the voices, which are often trauma specific
Are you christian? I am hearing voices and I am convinced they are demons, I got them immediately after playing with the occult (EVP), they went away one time when christians prayed for me, they screamed like pigs, but they came back after a while.
