I've had mine for a month now and haven't changed the ring yet soon tho I'm lowkey afraid to change I so I might let a professional do it

I changed mine out 8 days after I got it and now it’s been 15 days and I change it a few times depends on how I feel about the color

I literally did the same thing and they pierced it too far back and at an angle. So I took it out and I’m currently waiting for it to heal so I can get it repierced.

My tongue ring is actually crooked… I had it pierced twice and this second time I’ve had it for almost roughly 2 years now. Or at LEAST a year and a half. But my vein or artery that goes up in the middle of my tongue they had to pierce on the side of it because it goes up too far near the tip of my tongue. But to this day not sure if it’s supposed to be crooked like this or not lol

Update: I had bad headaches after every time I woke up and it was constantly bleeding a little. I didn’t like that so I took it out. I was gonna keep it out but I liked the look so I ended up putting a smaller bar in. It already feels much better the bar size and the balls on the bar were TOO big for my piercing. That’s probably why it was causing discomfort.
