I wonder whether you might be able to illustrate how to create a drop-down location search menu too, as an added bonus feature to your video with the MapKit search location ... ? Finding the ability to identify a location in a drop-down list is very difficult for macOS , where your precise ability to illustrate the process would be beneficial to many users ... :] As a side note, when I engage the [recognizer] code, the MapView [zoom +/- button] becomes inactive, causing me to engage the MapView [.showScale] slider in MapView. The [recognizer] code simply passes through the [zoom +/- button] to select a [region location], therefore eliminating the [zoom +/- button] ability to zoom in and out. Just curious, since the scroll zoom does not work with the mouse either, as you illustrate this action in the video. I must add a feature in my application's [Settings] to allow the [USER] to disengage the [recognizer] feature when required to allow the [zoom +/- button] to become active. Do you happen to know with how much precision an image be overlayed onto the camera screen? I'd like to make an ios/android app that can find components from a circuit board, but not sure however if there is a minimum marker size , and if it can be placed with pixel accuracy. For example, if you have a sheet of paper with a grid of squares, say 50x50.. if A4 is said/entered, could AR use a fiducial on the paper to calculate how far into the grid it needs to place a marker (scaling it based on the the angle and how close the camera is to the sheet). BTW, any thoughts on other AR tools Unreal ARCore, Unity AR Foundation, ARLoopa, Tilt5 AR?
