This is the simple of making what is one of the most popular dishes in Southern Africa. You can use Collard Greens, or pumpkin leaves to make this dish. In Zambia we call it "Ifisashi"

Well is the best than wheat flour bread or pasta or corn this is pure no gluten or lectin real nice my kids eats it most of the time .but in uk we only have the white sorghum flour .

Quick question, would it still turn out ok if I used whole roasted peanuts in addition to the ground peanuts, or would they not cook correctly?
A friend from Zambia tells me this is the food from his homeland that he misses the most. I have eaten grasshoppers, meal-worms, and ants but never caterpillars. I would love to try them someday.
