Good one to manually add knowledgebase to ai using RAG. But now Vapi has a build in option to add knowledge base, just a matter of uploading files like PDF, txt etc. I recently researched and made a video on this.

Is this trying to deceive the customer or are they well informed it's a machine they are talking to? Seems a little unethical to open about personal or emotional attachments under false pretenses.
