Instead of lecturing y dont your government repair all the roads within the state. Hornbill will not solve the naga unemployment issue. So stop lecturing and start working on this issues....

Appreciate the move to promote Nagaland state tourism to outside world through Hornbill festival. At the same time, do some conservation afford from the surplus of the festival towards the critically endangered bird or don't take the name of the bird in vain. Also encourage synthetic feathers during the festival.
