I’m a 68 yr old woman and I’ve just followed your video and very pleased with myself now because it’s working great again. In future I shall turn thumb stick covers inside out to pop them on because I broke my left thumb-stick trying to get a cover on the usual way. I’m playing Witcher 3 and thought I’d gotten away with it but when I tried to press down on L3 to whistle my horse it didn’t work. Thank you so much for this guide, it’s really easy to follow and I’ll put a link on the PS Portal sub Reddit group so that others can see it. 😊🥰👍🏼

So I got the part and replaced it but it feels like it’s very rough now it’s working fine but doesn’t feel like the analog is moving around smooth I found that the two holes didn’t line up and could only get one screw in. Any advice on how I can fix ?
update: after installing mine , i realize that it doesn't rotate a full 360 either but all of the screw manage to go in place and it was playable but not as smooth as the original
Mine did the same. Took some sandpaper to the bottom of the joystick and now it’s just as smooth as the original ps joystick.
The mics aren’t the best when it comes on the dnr mode the godox wes sounds a little better
