Depending on the size of the coils, this is the best way to haul them. They have racks, with dunnage and mats, and then chained down with chains pulling to the rear, front, and straight down. Btw, we call this loaded “suicide”. Eye of the coil pointed front to rear is called “shotgun”. And laying flat over is “eye to the sky”. And now you know…the rest of the story.

There’s enough tension in those chains and straps it ain’t rolling forward and if they do the trucks done and so is anything else in a radius of atleast 30ft cause they gonna explode everywhere
