A RUclips creator in the anti KJ community named EKC people suck received an RO against her along with other penalties for her role in the harassment of a woman who doesn’t even have a channel. Rather than accepting the L with grace, she immediately went live upon hearing the verdict, to tug on heart strings of her ignorant audience, and read cherry picked portions the sealed case and defamed the woman further. Jack has been covering that live in his past few streams.

I don’t think anyone aside from the parties involved knows “for sure” what the ruling was. We can only make inductions and infer from Erin’s stream. But from the portions of the verdict that Erin has read and what she herself has said, it seems to heavily favor the petitioner. It’s safe to infer the TRO is no longer temporary but now is an active RO enforced for a period of time (not sure how long). On top of that, she alluded to being ordered to make some monetary payment to the petitioner as well (not sure what amount). Also, Based on her own words from the stream, she is required to remove any material she has posted about the petitioner. So, if she’s ordered to remove things she had already posted, and she INSTEAD posts NEW material about the petitioner (i.e. this stream), that right there is also in violation of the order. Additionally, I’m pretty sure this case is sealed. I heard that from an earlier Chesh stream. Erin also alluded to that. So, by reading (and showing) any portions of it on camera at all would also be in violation of the court. If this were not sealed, I’m sure the petitioner would be happy to disclose it herself since it seems to vindicate her. The victor is not showing it, but the loser is. Not only that, but the loser is only showing small parts of it while weaving a rather large narrative to tug on heart strings for the rest, directing further heat on the petitioner with omissions of truth imo. I mean, If you’re going to violate the seal, then go ahead and show ALL of it so we can get the full context 🤷🏼‍♀️ Erin is denying us full context and only showing us a small portion that she wants to show. I’m somewhat new to this community, but this Erin person does not respect authority of any type. My goodness 🤦‍♀️ Her sheer impudence is truly astounding. I guess we’ll find out in the upcoming weeks what additional trouble she likely has gotten herself into.

The 'downriver without a paddle' was in fact in your own words, and I am not interested in your false assumption of conjecture and projection, as neither are true. The only person demonstrating a faulty memory in this conversation, is you. There were 9 of us in that discord call when you made that analogy, excluding myself, you and Jacks, that leaves 6 other witnesses. Do you really want to play this 'faulty memory' game? Or do you want to get serious? Furthermore, Jacks hasn't influenced me beyond using his perceptive skills to determine that you are unwell, and should at the very least, should not have unsupervised access to the internet, ideally, none at all. Sorry NO IDEA, i did the servicing myself with replacing the rubberized contact pads for the playing keys and cleaned circuit board contacts and replaced floppy with an old desktop pc drive . this required modding the connector a little. im not pro there was still a little intermittence on pressure sensitivity on the last few high notes.

yup nothing is fine for sure. As for shoulders, one may shrug using the shoulders and use the hands with palms facing up in a ''i don't know '' gesture . As with most observations it needs to be taken into context and taken to be read in a cluster of other ques, for instance one shoulder up far more than the other may indicate the persons trying to act like they don't know more than actully not knowing a given answer, So nope. This is not the most honest by far. the one I'm thinking of is almost 100% honest in line with the individuals thinking and feeling at the time, most of the time. Yet unfortunately its also one we don't see much of at all in RUclips videos. or most video platforms.
