It might play throughout some fights in part 5, but I’ll always associate it when Bucciarati decides to betray the boss, after remembering his old life with his father, in that elevator, holding Trish’s severed hand, exclaiming: “you’ve betrayed my heart for the last time!”, opposing power with justice.
The intensity of his anger at a father betraying his own daughter to save his pathetic sorry azz, in UNFORGIVABLE!
What this theme marks for me is right when Bruno is already waiting for the boss, the suspense music starts to play and you're being hyped up, then suddenly everything goes fucking silent, only the boss' voice echoing in the room, and "If you step from behind that pillar, you're going to die." It's so fucking creepy, he doesn't do anything grandiose, he doesn't go for an overly exaggerated threat. It's the firmness that he says it with that is chilling. And then 3:02 sounds as reality hits Bruno, he probably went all the way down here in a fit of anger, it was only until hearing that when he noticed that he went down to the one guy whose face has never been discovered by anyone. It was a reality, he was about to face an enemy he knows NOTHING of, and has no qualms of killing him. You even see Bucciarati notice where he is and what he's doing, even doubting himself for a split second, before steeling himself with resolve and going for it. One of my favorite scenes in all of JoJo.

I unironically pull this out when trying to make a joke and the stalling naturally makes it funnier, but when it finally gets there, what I usually say is "The issue is, (the theme starts) YOUR MOTHER IS GAY" (I have insanely broken humor, and I'm sorry that it consists of "ur mom gae" jokes)
This is why part 5 is my favorite.

Also, if you search "bucciarati theme", nella cerniera pops up first, altough imo this one fits bucciarati way better, with the parallels to un'altra persona and king crimson
