As someone who's been in multiple SMPs, this highlights the problems I've seen in a lot of them so well. Particularly I've noticed players will play at the start and then wait for resets and play, but never in between. I love SMPs and love to see them go well!

Nice video and I might be interested in that experiment. I would also like to add my take on lore and telling stories; While having a few key points is great I prefer to go with the 'story generator' approach. The idea is to just play normally and superimpose that into a story. If you need to some lite scripting works rarely for important events. I like it because it leads to organic stories, that match the tone of any server/smp. This works really well with anarchy servers. Especially when compared to conventional scripting. Anyway nice video! it was very interesting to see some one outside of my friend groups perspective on this.
