I have them the second day. It hurts when I put them off due to breakfast / lunch. My question is, do you have to keep them on 22hours non stop or can these 22 hours be distributed over the day? I take them off in the mornings, during the day and in the evenings (for eating and brushing my teeth). Is this ok?
Hi, you don’t need to have them non stop for 22h, it is ok to take them out to eat and brush teeth. I know it hurts like crazy, especially at the beginning! But it’s getting better and better with every aligner. And it’s worth it, I promise ☺️

On me it lasts quite a long time, about 5-6h I would say

I don't understand the hype with Burberry Goddess, nothing special, light vanilla scent. My sweet vanilla summer scent is Divine JPG - longevity and projection enormous. Great video as always 🥰

Vanilla is not my usual go to for summer but I have a travel spray of Vanille Coco by Comptoir Sud Pacifique and this one gets a lot of love in the summer as is Vanille Insensé by Atelier cologne. Goddess I will wear too! 👍🏻
