I forget the password
The SSD is mounted on the motherboard so I think it is difficult to recover your files without the password. But you can reinstall your Windows.
Pretty sure mine in nvme compatible as the connector looks different and i see the option in the bios but once i plug it in it won't start. Any ideas
You need an further important step. You have to create a new hard drive in Disk Management in the Windows.

i have the same brand and my problem is it wont charge and also turn on, when i plug the charger, there are no red lights appearing and when i turn it on, it won't, what is the solution for this?
I think you can check firstly with your power cord if it really has voltage on it. May be the copper wire broken inside. If checked with no power kindly try to find another power supply to test. Another possible reason is your motherboard has problem or the power-in female plug damaged. Because your laptop had the charging problem, the batteries have ran out.
