gotta admit, on the first viewing i didn't like this but i think it's just because the pacing is so... different from what i typically see. with several repeat viewings under my belt i have to say this is freaking cool. the colors, the absolute insane pace, the text, the distortions. The scene selection (it takes a lot longer than people might think to find clips that flow like that... unless i'm just really inefficient) i also really appreciate the collaborative effort in building intensity. the first part holds back so the back half can eviscerate you (which is also really hard... unless i'm just a glutton for speed) i want more crazy collabs!
