we stayied in this hotel in march on arriving the TV was broke the sink plug was broke and all week it rained we asked the hotel 4 times to put the heating on and they didnt. i had to wear my jeans and bobble hat in bed. instead of them putting the heating on we was offered extra blankets ... my mum is 84 years old and it wasnt plesant for her the cold.... in the breakfast and dinner room there is a microwave to heat your food up as there is no hot plates.. we had to phone down almost every day for our room to be cleaned.... it was not a plesant stay i doubt we will stay in this hotel again they are just out to give you as less as possible to get profit ,, used to be able to control the heating in the room from the thermostat but now they put no heating on at all ,, in the winter they put heating on at 3am in the morning when it should be on all night....

Omg, is that a see-through toilet wall in the rooms? 😮

Schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Hotel. Die Bilder kann ich nicht alle bestätigen. Meine Beurteilung 3,5 Sterne. Jedenfalls keine Buchungsempfehlung!

No pienso alojarme en un hotel que sigue las políticas del PSOE y participa de acoger a ILEGALES. Estas medidas enriquecen a mafias que comercian con vidas humanas. Hay que retirar nuestro apoyo, como consumidores y españoles a todas las cadenas de hoteles implicadas en estas estrategias que, sin filtros, introducen a personas de las que desconocemos sus origenes, antecedentes penales, etc

nous y etions aout 2024 et on a adoré l ensemble.c est propre le personnel est super et la nourriture plus que satisfaisante l ambiance générale est plutot calme les gens préfèrent se prélasser plutot que faire la fete .

Да. В отеле есть детский клуб, аниматоры, в бассейне есть джакузи. Проход к морю из бассейна через дверь. Буквально пара шагов. Бухта. Дно песчаное. Постепенный вход в море. Волны крайне редко бывают. Вода чистая и тёплая. Лучшее время это август.

Довелось останавливаться в этом отеле в 2006 и 2007 гг., оба раза весной.. Помню бассейн, кажется, на 4м этаже, под крышей и под открытым небом, уютные номера ( кажется, в видео тот номер, в котором я останавливалась😊), ресторан, вечернюю дискотеку) Приятное впечатление осталось и от города, песчаных пляжей Бенидорма...

Hotel Valencia is the worst hotel I have stayed in. We travel regularly and have stayed at over 100 hotels throughout Asia and Europe. Nothing could prepare me for the level of arrogance and contempt this hotel showed my wife and I. The rooms were filthy. Air conditioning was set by them at a ridiculously high level. We had to use wet towels. The pool was nothing like the photos. To top things off the car park is for small cars and having spent an hour getting in and out they have the audacity to charge 18 Euro. We didn't end up parking in the parking space! I woudl encourage you to do some research before selecting this Hotel. There's a lot of other reviews with similar comments.

Про номера забыла:номера нормальные,современные.Чистота тоже нормально.Убирали каждый день.К этому особо претензий нет👌

Только вернулись из отеля.Пл свежему напишу пару строк. Начнем с того что он самый дешёвый в этом городе.Четырмя звёздами там и в помине не пахнет,даже не рассчитывайте:чайников в номерах нет, холодильников нет,даже принадлежностей для душа нет!!!У нас был огромный заезд-пренадлежностей ни у кого не было. Мы были во многих странах,в разного уровня отелях,поэтому когда я что-то выбираю я придерживаюсь определенных самых важных на этот момент критериев.В этот раз это была близость к морю-реально очень близко и удобно, буквально 3 минуты и вы на пляже и более менее нормальное питание -в принципе тоже этот критерий выполнен.Пиьание однообразное и не все вкусное,но яичница,омлет ,сыры,бекон на завтрак нас вполне устрили и на ужин тоже было что поесть.Старший сын(9) лет всегда находил себе что поесть,его всё устроили,а вот дочь(5лет) никуда в отеле тупо ничего кроме фри и мороженого 😵‍💫 Персонал не приветливый от слова совсем,на какие-то мелкие уступки никто не идёт,сейчас объясняю на примерах. Например,в ресторане ооочень сильно дул кондиционер и моя дочь замёрзла и захотела съесть мороженое на улице-то с ресторана нас с мороженым не выпустили не смотря на мои объяснения о кондиционере,его с ехидной улыбкой выключили и сказали что мы можем съесть мороженое за столом. Ещё,когда я спросила о холодильнике за доп плату,мне сказали что такой услуги нет,но если что-то не большое они могут поставить на ресепшн в маленький холодильнике.Так как дочь ничего на завтрак кроме кекса не ела,но она очень любит йогурты, купила ей одну упаковку (6 шт) актимель питьевых и попросила поставить в холодильник.На следующий день йогурт брал из холодильника муж,а ещё через день я ииии ...что я заметила???А то что холодильник тот вообще отключен и крышки на йогуртах повздувались,т.е йогурт испорчен.Мне всё равно на тот йогурт,но если бы сын или муж пошли за ним,они бы не обратили внимания и дали его дочке!!!!!Это прям ситуация очень не хорошая....все могло закончиться отравлением. И третье:в Тосса де Мар проблемы с водой, поэтому НИГДЕ НЕ РАБОТАЮТ ДУШИ!!!!ни на пляже,ни у бассейнов😮И когда выселение из отеля в 10 утра,а самолёт или автобус в 16,то обмыться негде 😵‍💫Когда я спросила могу ли я купить большую бутылку воды и обмыть себя и детей от солёной воды у бассейна,в ответ я получила отказ ,это типа не зона для мытья! Ах да и Wi-fi -очень повезет если сможете подключить его...Он почти не работает ни у кого. А так отдых был прекрасен.Городок,улочки,крепость,пляж,море-просто красивенные😍😍😍😍

Sympa par contre la salle de sport n'est pas bien équipée, la piscine est plutôt sympa, il y assez de place.
