Did he use the old seal on top of the new seal when he pounded it into place? Di he loosen the top screw and the bottom allan key screw when the forks were still in their mounts? Thanks for the video. I am about to do mine.

thanks for the video!!!, I have a 2020 but for some reason its leaking, I see little oil moisture on the bars so i will perform a seal replacement. In terms of oil weight, you use a thicker viscosity, that takes away the "pogo stick" effect of this forks? thansk again

Gday mate how d you rekon the 20w oil will go i just replaced min with the standard 10w all ok until you find the idiot who owned the bike before tightened the fork cap up to 110ft lb and the only way to get it out is with a pin punch all good now though .

Gday mate my second trip to kanchanaburi was in 2019 with my extended family went to hell fire pass ect being ex servce and also stayed at a floating resort , we took a trip down the river kwai to some amazing falls and you could jump of the boat and float down the river and the captain would wait for you at a certain spot ,my bloody go pro didnt charge properly so i got no footage at all of this amazing trip only still photos it was an amazing trip .

you know i find it amazing that they have salt pan but try to find salt when you go out to eat ,fish sauce yes plenty salt must be like gold , i was hoping i would see some of that lovely bangkok traffic in this video .

Gday mate my wife lives in bangkok ,we went to phuket for our honeymoon in 2017 stayed at a resort in kamala beach you could walk right through the resort to the beach ,probably the best time to travel around there with the lack of tourists and the roads not being congested should get some good deals as well on acommadation .

Nai Han, my favourite Phuket beach, such a change from last years NY Kata with my family. Even in previous low seasons never so quiet! I previously lived in Chalong for 15 years. Soi Bangla, OK it was day time, but totally deserted, always some places open in the day time.

On most japanese bikes the shock and forks need to be upgraded on day one to be a safe bike. Poor suspension is a leading cause of accidents.
