Do You differentiate the IgG subclasses of the neutralizing IgG antibodies against CoV ? One of my patients survived Covid in presence of a reduction of his IgG2 and IgG4 subclasses ( a form of humoral immunodeficiency) .

Thank you for the overview! Coming from someone who's used both methods, column & bead purification, my vote is for beads. Higher throughput in less time I think is key here.
