    I love the guitar. It sounds awesome !!!!! I don't like the songs: too old and corny. A bit much of Joe Pass. If you had a bass player and dug into all the inversions and got dark (chromatic but playing in) with those tunes I'd like it more. I still loved it. Keep it going. Best axe I've ever seen.

    @DrStephenJKrune Nevermind, Stephen Krune is insane. He was the CEO of WebScape at one time but he has definitely lost his mind and I feel badly that he is so out of it that he would say such things. Dr Krune, get help. No matter what the sickness, be it cancer like Steve had or a mental illness in your case, there is always hope and maybe you will some day be able to find peace.

  • @ZOMGitsJesusCriss
    @ZOMGitsJesusCriss 13 лет назад

    @DrStephenJKrune Dr Krune, I see you have shut down your youtube account...but you will need to do more. For one thing, change your name. There are going to be quite a few patients of yours that are going to find out who the real "Dr Krune" is. Other than that, have a nice eternity burning in hell.

    I wanted to say thank you for what you wrote on Daily Kos. I grew up with my grandparents, and in 2007 my grandfather, who I had looked to as my father, passed away from complications of diabetes due to Medicaid's refusal to cover what they were obligated to. My grandmother could have sued them, but the emotional strain of watching a strong and burly 300lb grandpa dwindling down to less than 80lbs with his right leg amputated was the worst thing I've seen in my life. Thank you for you story

    Steve was a good friend of mine. He started building and repairing guitars in my store Fine Fretted Friends in Livermore Ca. My friend Steve died last Thursday night of cancer. I will miss him dearly. May his life live on in his guitars and the music that comes out of them and the songs of the players of Steve Patience Guitars, may he rest in Peace.

    I was the first owner of this guitar. It's a sapelle/sitka Colby Horton OM. You can't tell from this angle, but it has this really amazing iridiscent bear-claw on the top. Would have kept it, but it sounds a little too nice for me--I prefer a little more dirty-bluesy tone. I wish there was a little more of the song uploaded--Pat play it much better than I ever did, but it's a good example of what Colby Horton is capable of. Nice sweet fat trebles and good balance up and down the neck.

      amazing ! 👌 i now own this guitar ! 😆 pat plays it super fast ; i have a much slower steady finger style , and yeah the trebles are super sweet and fat on this guitar ; it's one of my favourite tonewood instruments ! the top is quite spectacular bear-claw 😍 btw , I've always thought of the fretboard inlay as weed leaves 😉 it's still minty condition
