Another beautiful creation, I really love your work, and I am always looking forward to your new videos 🤎🤍 Happy new year.
@pays1zebu thank you so much, that means a lot to me. Happy New year 🎉
I like it very much. I already made some after you posted some on Facebook. This on is also beautiful 🤩
@nicoleg.5277 thank you 😊 I'm glad you had a go 😀
Fantastic make! Love love it! TYFS
@alysonhovanec6314 thank you so much 😊
Love this, thank you! Its so impossible to get a single board book made online for a cheap price, so this was definitely the better option, plus supplies to make more too!
@RM-qg1xi thank you, that's one of the reasons I developed the method to make them . Plus I can now make them any size I want 😊
Lovely to see them coming to life - great attention to detail.

beautiful work, I love your channel. also your accent is lovely, you sound like Miss O'Brien from Downton Abbey
That is very pretty, I was getting some ideas as I was going to make pencil/pen cups from tin cans then glue 2 together. The other cup is for odds and sods.
Thank you for explaining what the Matins is and used for. I didn't realize it was basically a dyed medium. I thought it was a really watered-down acrylic 😊. The transfers are awesome.
@@whitneywimer3575 you are very welcome. They are such a great product. I'm glad you like the transfers
Yes it's super beautiful ! love so much

The crumpled paper print is amazing. Simplicity is often best as you’ve shown us 💖
Thank you ❤❤❤❤
Does the paper once dry, smell like vinegar? I don’t like the smell of vinegar
@@janeruthraphael4644 it does for a while. I just found some odourless vinegar in a UK store. Maybe try to find that 🤔
The in the navy looks almost black! Looks great
@@ChrissyMorinCO it does come out like that when made into a spray. Thank you 😊
This looks amazing! I just got a bottle from Seth Apter (our US source) and I can't wait to try it.
The results are beautiful ❣️❣️. I love Alison too, I’d say you are on the right track. Good job‼️‼️🍒
That's amazing! I will definitely give it a try. Thank you!
@juliebuckley-g9u thank you, have fun 👍 x
So frilly is an english word.. hehe.. love to see how you do yours.. I do it the other way around, I first play with watercolor, leave it to dry, and then do frilly doodling. Fussycut it then and use it as fodder.

@@karendaley3184 you are very welcome x
Another lovely, instructive and inspiring tutorial Mags. Watching and listening to you is such a pleasure …… the demos where more time is spent reading comments popping up live on Facebook feeds drive me to distraction. Thank you so much. x
@nettiek3806 thank you. Yes I know what you mean about the distractions on live videos 😔
Cool page 😎, Love how you build your layers,I spritz my stazon with rubbing alcohol works a treat 😊
@nikkirosindale7854 thank you 😊, great tip, thank you 😊
I saw someone tonight peeling his paper from the plate and some of it was starting to stick. He stopper and added a layer of matte medium over the plate (half at a time so the paper was anchored and could be put back exactly in place) and pressed the paper down and saved the whole print. (EddieMakesArt)
@candyclouston1412 thank you, yes I've done that in the past . Sometimes I don't mind the odd blemish and bit of torn paper. 😊

Thanks Kaz, it was fun experimenting xx
Gorgeous project Mags. I wondered if using Tim Holtz new ‘Scorched Timber’ ink would have been any good on the white edges of the rusty frame? I was interested that you pour your vinegar onto the rusting powder as I put mine into mini spray bottles instead. Makes absolutely no difference I’m sure but you don’t have to pour excess back into a small bottle, which is just begging to go wrong with me 😂. Love your old pastry brush idea and will be getting one immediately.
Thank you, I'm glad you like it. The scorched timber idea is great, I'll have to try it. I did use a spray bottle once for the vinegar, but the metal bit inside the mechanism corroded with the vinegar and it stopped working. Possibly an all plastic one would be OK. Have fun x
Love this idea. And the word “squidge.”
Thank you, 😊 I do use some random words don't I 🤣🤣
Love this
Thank you 😊 💓
I love so,much your techniques thanks for sharing
Thank-you, you are very welcome. Have fun 👍
Stunning ! Clear difference between glues. Question, do you experience any difference between using a metal trey or plastic?
Thank you. No, I don't really see any difference on this project. I tend to grab what's to hand. I have both plastic and metal trays. If I'm rust dying fabric or sheets of paper when both sides will be visible, I'll use the metal tray, as it helps with the underside rusting. I hope that makes sense.
