I've heard so many bad stories about pip I understand and see people are being done wrongly my heart goes out to them.My personal pip experience wasn't bad.I had been ill for a long time and never claimed a penny untill my partner urged me to apply.I suffer from stage four endometriosis my bowel womb and bladder are fused together I've undergone many surgeries on top of this I suffer with depression.My award is enhanced living and standard mobility untill 2024

The DWP is unfair to Autistic people.

One day we will be exonerated much the same as the persecution of gays in society. We are born genetically as is. We have no choice when it comes to lacking in the ability to work for a funded lifestyle that supports our pain and our restrictions within the home and society. I knew of someone who was so called accessed at one of those STUPID! medical reviews & whatever was said & supposedly done was TOTALLY INCORRECT!!! LIES & TOTAL BULL💩 because that person had been on D.L.A ( at the time for over 20years ) & within a few weeks of so called being accessed they told this person they was NOT ELIGIBLE for P.I.P. & had to get J.S.A this ment that that person & carer had LOST OUT!!! on about 85% income per month. TOTAL so called assessment points given 0 NOT! a single 1 YES!!! the carer has being trying to get a appeal sorted out a.s.a.p but, unfortunately not expecting that for at LEAST!!! 18months ( maybe if lucky UNLIKELY!!!) a few months earlier. The person has gone from bad to worse in their mental behaviour due to the depression they suffer with as well as their physical abilities. Getting about use to be about upto 3 or maybe 4 times a week. NOW it's less than once every few months & it's only a very short journey unless it's to the DR's. The so called government has not only made a RIGHT BLOODY PIGS EAR of this BLOODY MESS!!! of peoples lives but the disabled are the BIGGEST VICTIMS of this 💩 But, it's the disabled physically & mentally that have to SUFFER & the wonderful genuine carers also have suffered due to this 💩SELFISH, TIGHTFISTED SCUM TORY so called government. All they interested in is making sure that their pockets are bursting with loads of money & enjoying the high life. While everyone else has to be either FORCED!!! ( BLOODY WELL BLACKMAILED MORE LIKE) into working or they have to get J.S.A ( U.C Universal BULL💩 so called Credit now ) Tories have GOT TO GO!!! they have gone FAR TOO FAR!!! this time. 🙅🙅🙅🙅😤😤😤😤👎. 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞. the person that comes out to you to fill the form out is not a trained nurse or medicial trained in any area they are just boxtickers when they come to see me id been out of hospital for 3 mnths after haveing my leg amputated i had a open wound on my other heal ive got spinabifida stenosis had a laminoctimey on c1 to c5 got hepertitous and got renal problems allso self cathitarize i need help with everything putting cloths on doing buttons up jips need a person to put me in a shower and help me out to wash as i cant feel my hands fully and take high doses of morphine and muscle relaxents and blood thing meds but the box ticker had no clue what spinabifida was or stenosis or sipsis or what a laminoctemy was fake trained staff i got 12 points on a few things luckly

I am in the same boat as the guy with autism. No-one understands how to fill the forms in, not CAB not anyone, not even my social worker can do it. I am now having to do it all again and it will be used against me.

I think the government should scrap it & give people with disabilities their benefits back which they interfered with & taken away.

IT'S NOT A MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BECAUSE IT'S A FUNCTIONAL TEST DONE BY A ALGORITHM ON A COMPUTER ...AND THE FAKE ASSESSORS ALWAYS LIE ...WHEN ON DLA I HAD MY BENEFITS INDEFINITELY SAME AS MY INCAPACITY BENEFIT ..HAD MY LEG AND KNEE SUPPORTS ON BUT THE MAXIMUS FAKE DISABILITY ANALYST STATED NO MUSCLE WASTAGE AND I HAVE A IIMPINGEMENT IN MY SHOULDER WHICH PREVENTS ME LIFTING MY ARM UP ...SHE THE ASSESSOR STATED IN THE REASONS IN THE JUDGEMENT FOR TURNING MY CLAIM DOWN I KEPT SCRATCHING MY HEAD THROGHOUT THE ASSESSMENT ..ALSO SHE LIED ABOUT THE TIME OF THE ASSESSMENT SHE STATED IT TOOK OVER 40+ MINUTES WHEN IT WAS 31 MINUTES LONG ..I WON MY APPEAL SOME MONTHS LATER FOR ESA ...AND I TOOK A ADVOCATE TO MY PIP ASSESSMENT AND EVEN THEN THE ASSESSOR LIED ..BUT I STILL MANAGED TO WIN MY PIP BY THE SKIN OF MY TEETH ..AND ONLY WITH THE HELP OF MY ADVOCATE ..AND ALWAYS REQUEST ALL ASSESSMENTS TO BE RECORDED ...
