No need to undo that inside panel with all those screws. If your careful, patient, and have a solid tiny prying tool you can finesse the switch panel in and out. 👍

Is there a fuse for this?
Wat een mooie uitgelegd video. Mijn vraag is; moet ik zelf een gaatje op mijn auto kofferbak (Seat Cordoba) boren om de kabels van de trekhaak naar binnen te trekken of staat het gaatje al?
Er is al een gat waar een rubber dop in zit. In die dop maak je een gat om de kabels doorheen te trekken. Succes!
Dit was in ieder geval bij mijn Audi, neem aan dat Seat hetzelfde systeem heeft.

I am not taking my seat off in order to fix it. id rather pay someone to fix it for me , that's too much hassle
You don.t need to take the seat out. It s a bit more hassle to work like this, but it,s faster
Thank you! No need to remove the seat though. The belt is easily accessible and I fixed this without removing the seat or deteach the belt.

Great video. Seems to me it'd be easier to just permanently connect (or disconnect?) the seat belt warning wires.
For your airbag system to work properly you need to fix it.
heb een dop gevonden op straat en die erover gedaan, krijg hem er nu niet meer af
Een zeer heldere video. Alles is duidelijk uitgelegd en ik weet nu waar ik aan toe ben. Heb alleen een vraag. Moet er niet iets gecodeerd worden ivm parkeer sensoren?
Ik had in eerste instantie niet gecodeerd, maar ik heb geen parkeersensoren, en het werkte goed. Later heb ik wel gecodeerd en krijg je extra functie, bijv. extra knipperlicht op dashboard voor de aanhanger. Maar ik weet dus eigenlijk niet zeker of je last krijgt met je parkeersensoren als je niet codeert. Tip: Om te coderen heb ik goedkoop vag can pro setje van aliexpress gebruikt, ook handig om andere functies te programmeren ;)

Be careful when taking off the last 8 or so screws, theres 1 more than the red arrows showed :) thanks for the video help dod mine just now in about 15 minutes, wasnt expecting to get 1 touch function on window up and down but my switch was so old it didn't even function properly. The new switch feels more clicky which makes the 1 touch feature work always! Thanks again
