Mythic creatures in dnd come back stronger if you drop them to 0 hp so you could just use that

In Undertale it's at least implied that Muffet can speak French, and in the statblock it's said that she communicates in undercommon, because the relation between spiders and the underdark and yadda yadda, but I also love to think that undercommon is the closest approsimation to French you can get in DnD, lmao

As for player, I'd just do Horizon Walker Ranger and thrown weaponry. You teleport between attacks, good enough flavor for time stopping, and not like she affects others often

I love jesters and clowns. I see former as acrobatic meelee and latter as the magic kind. Street magicians are rogues, constantly pulling knives out of nowhere and using deception. And strippers "yes as jesters and clowns, happy nightmares" are basically Bards embracing their 'entertainment' side in every aspect.
