How I make Homemade Lilac Soda - Spring time recipes
This video visualizes how I make Lilac soda during the spring time. Lilac flowers come in many shades of purple and its smell is indescribable. I like to pluck these flowers after few days of blooming to keep it preserved for a little longer. This syrup can be preserved in the fridge for few weeks. With it's aromatic scent, this syrup will remind us of the beautiful blooming season of the Lilac flowers. I like to mix this syrup with plain soda ( Sparkling water) as it becomes a natural drink reminding us of the spring time.

This is very close to most authentic technique i have read in hindu scripts but they didn't use twigs/bamboo core, just rolled out and dried them. I would suggest you to dry them and then push it out and not bother with the twig/bamboo.
