I can understand why wooyoung has little line compare to others. Perhaps his voice or sweet tone doesn’t match the vibe for their hype up song, we all know how Ateez song is. Some if Ateez song require deep voice like Seonghwa, San or Mingi. For example, Guerilla and Bouncy. The vibe also doesn’t really match his tone. His line is mot often short and repeated line rather than long one. Out of everyone in the group, Wooyoung and honjoong has the most high pitch voice. Putting aside hongjoong cause he is a rapper. His voice often use as background vocal/adlibs because it contrast well with other deep voice.

His voice always catches my ear in every ATEEZ song, his voice is my favourite and I find him really underrated as a vocalist, he can convey emotions very well without the need of doing crazy vocals, but when he does is really beautiful, his voice is very soulful and sultry at the same time, and I hope KQ gives him a solo debut someday. I've watched a video recently of his supposed best vocals and I think a mix of ballads like Mist from ATEEZ and the style of 비(RAIN)(a legend in KPOP soloists in my opinion) would be the perfect style combination for him as an artist and for the type of voice he has, I really hope it can happen someday, but who knows. The one thing I wish is that he had more lines on ATEEZ songs, it feels like he barely sings on the songs and that he's most of the time doing harmonies, which I do appreciate, but I'd like to hear only him sometimes, but I guess it's because he has always focused more on his dancing rather than his voice, although his voice has evolved so much trough the years which makes me really proud, but I guess his focus on dancing is because he's the lead dancer after all. Sorry for the big comment LOL.
