from the first bird position, you can full right because of the slope on the next screen (kinda tight positioning). also, you can full left jump to the entrance of the secret area and full jump out of it to the top right platform

wow many cool strats. a couple more that I know of, at 7:55 you can do a full left but the only problem is that you can't see where you are on the platform (and I'm not entirely sure how far back you need to be). also, although pretty easy at 10:22, you can do a full left by hitting the ceiling when standing on top of the yellow platform. the full jump after that is definitely one of the best strats.
