I completely adore my Seahorse palette!!!! I bought it with a 20% discount a few months after it came out.I know it’s really expensive, but if you were to buy these as the high quality singles that they are, it’s not bad at all! I keep this palette on top of my vanity bc I use it constantly! It’s great for inner corner shades, but I incorporate these shades into looks one way or another at least 2 or 3 times per week, maybe more! And I’ve had it a year and a half now! It’s one of my favorite palettes!

I think I noticed something was off maybe winter last year when I ordered some shades and they didn't look how how they were described or even how other people had swatched them online. Like shimmy, cookies and cream, licorice lace, even big bang didn't look right. It was like they were all missing the iridescent blue pigment but she kept making them anyway. I emailed about it maybe in December and got no response...very strange so it seemed like maybe some business issues led to this. glad I stopped ordering shortly after feeling burned by that experience, however I will continue to love the shades that I have from previous years.

I got my order right before they shut their website down. I filed a complaint with my bank, got refunded, and then my order showed up a few days later lol. At first I felt bad, but knowing they ghosted everyone on their orders, I feel like it’s a bit of justice 😂

I have never tried Looxi, but I have always wanted to try them. Hopefully the owner is okay. I am not sure how it works in US, but can not someone from their state file a police report to at least make a welfare check in them? I had to close a small business many years ago after I was unexpectedly in hospital for several months. My buffer did not cover rent and obligations for that length of time, and suppliers cancelled contracts. Thankfully, I did not have to deal with orders from customers because it was not that type of business. Hopefully, they are just a sh*tty person and people get their money back somehow.

I wonder what happened too. Like you i was one of the earlier buyers from 2019 and i loved them at first. My first purchase was the ice cream social collection, shipping was 10 days or less and i was so impressed! The last time i purchased (around 2022) i wasnt as impressed with the formulas as before. I wished they had communicated rather than letting it burn. ❤

I am glad I picked up some shades from this last collection. Some of these are bangers. That being said I couldn’t resist that last sale they had and I lost money on that gamble. Like everyone else, I’m definitely pissed off. But I’m moving on but it does make me quite weary of trying new brands which I was already shy on doing.

It was a wild ride, but the ride is definitely over. 😢 I really hope nothing tragic happened. I had an order, like many others, that never came. I’m glad that you got these shades in, it’s still fun to see. Also, I just love your videos and your voice!

Regardless of whether they planned on scamming or didn't they don't deserve the benefit of the doubt. They have been silent, many people didn't receive anything and didn't get their money back even before shutting down to this day they deserve to be shut down 🤷 if they come back I hope no one buys from them.

How interesting! I would be very interested in seeing the same concept but applying it with your finger on the eyes while playing the guessing game. "Which eye is the more expensive one" sometimes i feel hand swatches dont slways translate the same on the eyes. I do appreciate the side by side on your eyes for one of the shades. Id love to see a longform for all of the shades 😍

I would love to know from anyone what tool she is using to remove the pans. I’m having trouble getting the shadow pan out of a mono pallet to replace into a bigger pallet. Anybody could help me with that, please? Thank you for any help you can provide.
