    You're not really addressing the question. Rather you're doubling down on protecting the shareholders/profit margins instead of ensuring happy agents make angry customers upset. Even looking at it purely from an economic standpoint. Higher rates of customer retention and lower rates of churn would be a massive boost to any company, however the senior executive management may have to take a small pay cut to ensure the needs of agents and customers are being met. However the prevailing corporate culture seems to be pass the buck, shift the blame towards the low wage workers.

    The panelist's response is "on target", in my opinion. Servant Leadership is about TRUTH. TRUTH is based on a moral compass that generally is "connected" to a Higher Power. The concept of a Higher Power manifests itself, in most cases, in what most know as spirituality.

    Nice solid foundation for the practice of serving others as a way to lead , lives , institutions and societies can move to a new paradigm that builds a carring meaningful place for all . A new vision for our future and the worlds we care about .
